About the Role
We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Business Development Executive to support our B2B business development activities. The role covers prospect research, data extraction, Apollo, email & LinkedIn outreach, calling, lead qualification and appointment setting, with occasional participation in client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Research companies, prospects and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain prospect data using Apollo, LinkedIn and other tools.
- Execute personalized email and LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups.
- Make outbound calls and qualify interested prospects.
- Schedule meetings and support the senior team.
- Maintain prospect and follow-up records.
- Occasionally participate in important client/prospect meetings.
Skills Required
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and research skills.
- Comfortable with Apollo, LinkedIn, MS Office and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable making B2B calls.
- Organized, proactive and good with follow-ups.
- Prior experience in B2B pre-sales, lead generation, SDR/BDR or business development is preferred.
