Job Description

E-commerce Operations InternWe are looking for an E-commerce Operations Intern to support Lumuk’s daily order and customer operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm COD and online orders through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Handle customer queries on WhatsApp, Zoko and Instagram.
  • Coordinate pre-orders, delays and order updates.
  • Assist with order processing, packing and dispatch.
  • Conduct customer feedback calls.
  • Assist with WhatsApp marketing and Instagram DMs.
  • Support B2B calling and other day-to-day operational tasks.


Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Freshers are welcome


Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹10,000/month

Full-time opportunity: Based on performance.
