Maid

We are for a Maid to join our team at Wizzymaids Allied Services Private Limited to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 18,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Punctuality & Timing: Reach the client's home strictly on time as scheduled, maintain regular attendance, and ensure consistency in working hours.

• Personal Hygiene & Uniformity: Maintain high standards of personal cleanliness, stay neat and clean (saaf-suthre rehna), and follow company hygiene and safety rules.

• End-to-End Customer Handling & Management: Handle the client professionally from start to finish, understand their daily requirements, and perform all assigned household tasks as requested by the customer.

• Task Flexibility & Cooperation: Follow client instructions carefully and willingly complete all necessary cleaning and household chores as guided by the customer.

• Trust & Retention Building: Build long-term trust with clients through polite behavior, honesty, and dependable service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

• Quick Complaint Resolution: Listen to client feedback attentively, address any service gaps or complaints immediately, and ensure the customer is fully satisfied.

• Maintaining High Ratings (Stars): Deliver top-quality, spotless cleaning and polite Service to maintain excellent star ratings and positive reviews from every client.

• Client Service Standards: Follow the company's safety code of conduct, maintain a professional and respectful attitude, and represent the agency's high standards at all times.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have 6 to 12 months of prior experience in home care or domestic work and possess complete knowledge of all daily household tasks. Additionally, strong knowledge of preparing daily Indian food and breakfast items is required. Candidates must understand standard cleaning products and tools, maintain high personal hygiene, and demonstrate strict punctuality, honesty, and a customer-friendly attitude at all times.
