Junior Production Manager

MoonAir Home Appliances is a Ghaziabad-based air cooler manufacturer with its own injection moulds, an in-house assembly plant and a dealer network across NCR, UP and Bihar. We are looking for a Junior Production Manager to help run day-to-day production at our Ghaziabad plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and track the daily assembly line schedule and meet daily production targets.

Supervise line workers and assembly operators, including manpower allocation, attendance and shop floor discipline.

Coordinate with stores for timely availability of moulded parts, BOP items and packing material.

Carry out in-process and final quality checks as per the control plan, and report and contain defects.

Maintain production, rejection and downtime records and report daily output to management.

Drive 5S, safety and housekeeping on the shop floor.

Support the Production Manager in improving line productivity and reducing rework.

Requirements:

Diploma, ITI or Degree in Mechanical, Production, Electrical or a related trade.

1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly plant. Experience in appliances, plastics, moulding or electricals is preferred.

Understanding of assembly line operations, basic quality checks and shop floor documentation.

Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for daily reporting.

Ability to lead a team of workers and communicate clearly in Hindi.

Job Details:

Location: MoonAir plant, Ghaziabad (work from office).

Full time, day shift, 6 days a week.

Salary: Rs 15,000 to Rs 22,000 per month, plus PF and ESI.
