Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle customer leads, generate sales through calls, understand customer requirements, and convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound customer calls and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Explain pricing, product features, benefits, and process clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with the field sales, operations, and installation teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/Excel.
