Job Description

  1. Contact potential customers through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, and digital leads.
  2. Explain the benefits, features, and cost savings of residential solar systems.
  3. Understand customer requirements, electricity consumption, and rooftop availability.
  4. Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
  5. Share company details, solar system quotations, and product information with customers through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
  6. Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
  7. Coordinate with the Field Sales Team to schedule customer visits and site surveys.
  8. Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions in the CRM or Excel sheet.
  9. Explain available financing options and assist customers with the initial loan eligibility process, as per company guidelines.
