Job Description
Profile: Influencer Marketing Executive
Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad (WFO)
Experience: 1+ Years
Industry: Beauty, Personal Care, D2C
Working: 6 days (Mon-Sat), 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Role:
Handle end-to-end influencer marketing for company - from sourcing to content delivery to ROI tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Sourcing & Onboarding
Identify and onboard relevant beauty influencers (nano to macro) on Instagram, YouTube, Amazon. Build database of beauty creators.
2. Campaign Execution
Brief influencers, negotiate barter + paid deals, coordinate product dispatch, ensure timely content delivery and approvals.
3. Content & Coordination
Coordinate with content team for product USPs, hashtags, hooks. Ensure content goes live as per plan and is aligned with brand tone.
4. Tracking & Reporting
Track links, coupon codes, views, engagement, conversions. Maintain sheet of monthly influencer ROI, spends vs sales.
5. Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with top-performing influencers. Convert them into brand ambassadors.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 1+ Year in Influencer Marketing - Agency experience OR worked with a Beauty/D2C/Personal Care Brand (Mandatory)
- Hands-on with Instagram, YouTube, influencer tools (Wizzy, Qoruz, etc. is a plus)
- Strong negotiation + communication
- Own network of beauty influencers is a big plus
