Graphic Designer & UV Printing Operator

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer & UV Printing Operator who can independently manage the complete workflow from design preparation to printing, engraving, quality checking, and basic troubleshooting.

The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop , experience working with UV printing machines, and basic knowledge of laser engraving. The candidate should also be comfortable extracting and accurately using information provided in Excel files.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, resize, and prepare designs for printing and engraving using Adobe Photoshop
• Prepare artwork according to required product dimensions, layouts, and production requirements.
• Extract and accurately use customer/order information provided in Excel.
• Operate the UV printing machine independently for printing on materials such as acrylic and wood.
• Perform basic operation of laser engraving equipment for engraving on applicable materials.
• Manage the complete workflow from design preparation → file setup → printing/engraving → quality inspection → final output.
• Carefully verify names, text, designs, dimensions, and other customer-specific information before production.
• Check print and engraving quality, alignment, positioning, and finishing.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic design, file, printing, and engraving-related issues.
• Make necessary adjustments to artwork or machine settings based on the product and production requirement.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper working condition of the machines and work area.
• Take ownership of the accuracy and quality of the final product.

Mandatory Skills

5. Good understanding of preparing artwork for physical printing and engraving.

7. Ability to identify and resolve basic design, file, printing, and engraving issues.
8. Good understanding of print quality, alignment, sizing, and finishing.
9. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the complete production process.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
