Job summary:-
- Handle Outbound and Inbound Calls professionally for Ayurvedic products.
- Products are Herbal Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Health and Sexual Wellness.
- Good communication in Hindi and English both.
- Followup and convert pending Leads.
- Undertand customer queries and resolve it.
- Maintain Accurate customer records and call details.
- Meet weekly/monthly call-handling and performance target.
- Update customer details and leads in CRM/Excel.
- Excellent Sales skill.
- Basic computer skill.
- Freshers with excellent communication can also apply.
