Assembly Fitter

Job Title: Assembly Fitter – Heavy Machinery

We are hiring Assembly Fitters (Freshers & Experienced) for heavy machinery manufacturing.

Experience: Fresher to 5 Years

Qualification: ITI (Fitter/Turner/Mechanic) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble heavy machinery and mechanical components as per engineering drawings.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and accurately.
• Perform fitting, alignment, tightening, and inspection of assembled parts.
• Ensure product quality and report any defects to the supervisor.
• Follow safety standards, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.
• Work with the production team to achieve daily targets.

Required Skills:

• Basic mechanical assembly knowledge
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Familiarity with measuring instruments
• Good teamwork and communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics is an added advantage

Eligibility:

• Freshers: ITI/Diploma candidates with a willingness to learn.
• Experienced: 1–5 years of experience in heavy machinery, construction equipment, industrial machinery, or manufacturing assembly.

Preferred Candidates:

Experience in heavy engineering, construction equipment, mining equipment, agricultural machinery, or material handling equipment manufacturing.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.
