Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial records of our manufacturing factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily sales and purchase entries.
• Handle cash, bank and expense records.
• Prepare invoices, bills and payment records.
• Maintain stock and inventory records.
• Manage customer and supplier outstanding accounts.
• Maintain accounts using Tally Prime.
• Prepare monthly sales, expense and profit reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and factory staff.
• Maintain proper records of all accounting documents.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.

Preferred Candidate

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting.
• Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment preferred.
• Should be responsible, honest and able to work independently.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
