Accountant

Manage end-to-end accounting operations covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements with focus on accuracy and statutory compliance.

• Handle GST, TDS, audits and other statutory compliances, including timely filing of returns and reconciliations.

• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and monitor cash flow and fund utilization.

• Oversee vendor payments, customer invoicing and ledger reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, taxation laws and internal company policies.

• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants and bankers during audits and assessments.

• Prepare MIS reports, budget forecasts and variance analysis for management review.

• Monitor expenses, cost allocation and adherence to approved budgets.

• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff to ensure smooth daily accounting operations.

• Maintain proper documentation, vouchers and financial records for audits and internal controls.

• Support management in financial planning, decision-making and process improvement initiatives.

• Manage payroll processing, salary disbursement and statutory deductions.

• Handle year-end closing activities and support statutory and internal audits.
