JOB DESCRIPTION – JUNIOR ACCOUNTANTDepartment: Accounts & Finance

Experience: 0–2 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and skills)

Job PurposeTo support day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and payments, and assist the Accounts Manager in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
• Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal vouchers.
• Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
• Maintain cash book, bank book and ledger accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliation and customer/vendor ledger reconciliation.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance work.
• Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Assist in monthly closing and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Store, Purchase, Sales and HR departments for accounting-related requirements.
• Support the preparation of debtors, creditors, expense and outstanding reports.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete and up to date.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

QualificationB.Com / M.Com / equivalent accounting qualification preferred.

Experience: Freshers can be considered; 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
