Job Description
Maintain daily sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
Manage accounts in Tally / accounting software.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash book, ledgers and party accounts.
Handle GST invoicing, GST reconciliation and return-related data preparation.
Manage TDS calculations and records.
Track customer outstanding payments and supplier balances.
Prepare debit notes, credit notes and payment statements.
Maintain purchase and sales registers.
Monitor inventory/accounting coordination where required.
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and other MIS reports.
Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, income tax and annual accounts.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, vouchers and financial documents.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments when required.
