Job Description

  • Cover and develop the East Ahmedabad market and surrounding areas.
  • Identify upcoming and ongoing residential, commercial and industrial projects.
  • Generate new project leads through field visits, references, networking and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors, consultants and project decision-makers.
  • Understand project requirements and present our products/solutions appropriately.
  • Follow up with project stakeholders from the initial enquiry through quotation, negotiation and final order.
  • Convert identified projects into regular customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain a database of ongoing and upcoming projects in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales, technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare regular reports on leads, project status, customer meetings, quotations and conversions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
