Job Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and conduct project site visits.
* Explain project details, configurations, amenities, and pricing to prospective buyers.
* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful bookings.
* Maintain customer relationships and coordinate throughout the sales process.
* Update daily lead records, follow-ups, and sales reports.
* Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English preferred.
* Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
* Self-motivated, presentable, and target-oriented.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
* Prior experience in real estate sales is an advantage.
