Job Title: Data Entry Operator (US Shift)

Working Hours: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday – Friday)

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and focused Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately transferring, updating, and maintaining digital records on a daily basis. Since this role aligns with our US operations, it requires working the night shift (IST). This is a great opportunity for a dedicated professional looking for a stable, five-day workweek with fixed weekends off.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data into our company databases and software platforms on a daily basis.
• Quality Assurance: Review and verify data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies, correcting any discrepancies before final submission.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily data entry quotas and turnaround times without compromising on accuracy.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and ensure data security protocols are strictly followed.
• Reporting: Generate daily or weekly logs of completed work and report any system errors or software issues to the supervisor.
• Record Maintenance: Organize and backup files systematically to ensure smooth digital record-keeping.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Shift Readiness: Must be comfortable and reliable working the US night shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST).
• Typing Skills: Proven data entry experience with a fast and highly accurate typing speed.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail to spot grammatical, numerical, or formatting errors.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and comfortable learning new data entry software.
• Communication: Basic proficiency in English to read source documents and communicate effectively with team leads.
• Education: High school diploma, 10+2, or equivalent preferred.
