We are hiring Senior Tender Executive for NHPC Location.

Position - Senior Tender Executive

Experience - 4 to 8 yrs

Salary - 35k to 55k

Location - NHPC

Job Description:

  1. Gems portal experience mandatory.

*Search tenders

* Prepare project sales or Waste water management or Tank, Green Hydrogen from start to finish

* Collaborate on e-tendering processes through Gem Portal

  1. * Manage bidding process from submission to award
  • Manage product pairing and catalog listing on the GeM portal.Coordinate with OEMs for Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAF), technical datasheets, pricing support, and other required documentation.
  • Prepare technical and commercial bids, compliance sheets, and all other necessary tender documentation.
  • Monitor corrigendums, clarifications, and respond appropriately.
  • Manage post-order processes including order fulfillment, invoice submission, and contract handling on the GeM portal.
