Job Description
📌 Job Role
A telesales executive is responsible for selling financial products like Personal Loan (PL), Business Loan (BL), Home Loan (HL), Car Loan, LAP etc. over phone calls. Their main goal is to convert leads into customers.
Call customers from provided data/leads
Explain loan offers (ROI, eligibility, EMI, benefits)
Understand customer needs & suggest best loan product
Handle objections and convince customers
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
