Position: Solar Installer / Solar Technician
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Job Type: Full-Time | Field Work
Job OverviewWe are looking for skilled and dedicated Solar Installers to join our team for solar rooftop installation and related electrical work. The candidate should be capable of performing installation activities safely and efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall solar panels on residential, commercial and industrial rooftops.
- Perform mounting structure installation and panel fitting.
- Assist in inverter installation, DC/AC wiring and electrical connections.
- Perform cable routing, earthing and basic electrical work.
- Follow electrical safety procedures during installation.
- Assist in testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of solar systems.
- Maintain tools, equipment and installation materials.
- Coordinate with engineers and project supervisors.
- RequirementsITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in solar rooftop installation preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and tools.
- Ability to work at heights and perform field work.
- Physically fit and safety-conscious.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
