Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesConvert enquiries and walk-ins into memberships.
  • Make outbound calls to leads and schedule club visits.
  • Conduct gym tours and present membership plans.
  • Understand customer fitness goals and recommend suitable memberships.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
  • Generate referrals from existing members.
  • Coordinate with the fitness team for a smooth member onboarding experience.
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
