PREPAID METERING EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION – CUSTOMER CARE & SITE SUPPORTDesignation: Customer Care & Site Support Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer complaints and queries through phone, email and other communication channels.
• Register, track and follow up on complaints until resolution.
• Visit sites/stations to inspect prepaid smart meters and identify faults/issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of meters, communication/SIM, display units and related issues.
• Coordinate with the technical team for repair, replacement and resolution of faulty meters.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding complaint status.
• Maintain records of complaints, site visits, meter faults and corrective actions.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly complaint and site visit reports.
• Coordinate with site representatives and project/technical teams.
• Travel to different project sites as required.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Email.
• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment preferred.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
• ITI/Diploma/Graduate preferred.

Primary Objective: To ensure prompt customer support and timely resolution of Prepaid Smart Meter-related complaints through effective communication, site inspection, troubleshooting and coordination.
