Job Description

Delhi Steel, a 30-year-old steel trading company based in Faridabad, is hiring a Field Sales Executive for site visits and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit construction sites, meet builders, contractors, and site engineers daily across Faridabad and NCR
  • Build relationships with architects and engineers for referral business
  • Generate new leads and follow up to convert them into orders
  • Maintain a daily record of sites visited and share simple daily reports on WhatsApp
  • Represent the company professionally at every site visit

Requirements:

  • Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
  • Age 22–30 years
  • Should be based in Faridabad/NCR and familiar with the local area
  • Prior field sales experience (building materials, cement, pipes, hardware, tiles, paint) preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn can also apply
  • Comfortable with target-based incentive pay, not fixed salary only
