WE ARE HIRING: Fabrication Supervisor (Laser, Bending & Welding) ⚙️🏭

We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to oversee metal fabrication operations, sheet metal processes, and team management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOversee sheet metal fabrication operations including CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Bending/Press Brake, and Welding (MIG/TIG).
• Supervise daily production schedules, material utilization, sheet nesting optimization, and quality inspections.
• Lead and manage shop-floor technicians, operators, and welders to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot machine operational issues and ensure preventative maintenance of laser cutting and bending machinery.
• Ensure strict adherence to engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality control metrics.

• Key Requirements

• Experience: 10–12 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication and process execution.

Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of CNC Laser Cutting machines, Bending/Press Brake operations, and Welding processes.

• Leadership: Proven track record in team handling and shop-floor supervisory roles.
• Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or ITI in relevant trade.
