Electrician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical codes, safety procedures, and troubleshooting skills to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and equipment.

Diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs in a timely manner.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.

Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.

Inspect electrical systems regularly to identify hazards, defects, or the need for maintenance.

Maintain detailed records of repairs, installations, and inspections.

Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete electrical projects.

Assist in planning and designing electrical systems for new installations.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role.

Valid Electrician’s license or certification as per local regulations.

Knowledge of electrical systems, safety practices, and electrical codes.

Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various environments.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
