Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced person to manage our Alibaba/India Mart e-commerce account.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of Alibaba/India Mart seller accounts
  • Handling out of India customer.
  • Product listing, optimization, and catalog management
  • Creating and implementing strategies to increase sales
  • Monitoring orders, returns, and customer queries
  • Competitor analysis and pricing strategy
  • Ensuring compliance with marketplace policies

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling International Buyers
  • Good knowledge of export sales.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results
