WE ARE HIRINGE-commerce Marketplace & Brand Growth Manager
Location: Sector 22, Faridabad, Haryana
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Initial Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and experienced E-commerce Marketplace professional to manage and grow our brands across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace accounts.
- Create and optimize product listings, keywords, SEO, A+ Content and Brand Stores.
- Plan and manage Amazon PPC and sponsored advertising campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, advertising costs, ROAS and ACOS.
- Improve product visibility, conversion rates and overall online sales.
- Analyze competitors, pricing strategies and promotional opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and implement growth strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve business targets.
- RequirementsPractical experience in Amazon marketplace management.
- Knowledge of Amazon PPC, product listing optimization and brand management.
- Understanding of advertising performance metrics and sales analytics.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
- Experience with FMCG, personal care, beauty or baby care products is an advantage.
Salary & Performance ReviewThe initial salary will be ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month for the first three months. After the initial three-month period, performance will be reviewed based on work quality, advertising efficiency, sales growth and overall contribution to the business. Any salary revision will be discussed based on performance and mutual agreement.
