Job Description
Process and ship daily e-commerce orders through Shiprocket, Delhivery, and other shipping panels.
Generate shipping labels, invoices, and AWB numbers.
Select appropriate courier partners and schedule pickups.
Coordinate with the packing team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Track shipments and manage order dispatch records.
Handle shipment-related issues and coordinate with courier partners when required.
Ensure all orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience with Shiprocket, Delhivery, or other courier panels is preferred.
- Knowledge of e-commerce order processing and shipping operations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage daily orders efficiently.
- Responsible and punctual.
