Job Description

  • Mutual fund order punching: Purchase, Redemption, Switch, SIP, STP & SWP.
  • Verify transaction details and ensure timely processing.
  • Prepare client portfolio, transaction, capital gains and other reports.
  • Reconcile transactions, holdings and payments.
  • Track pending/rejected transactions and coordinate for resolution.
  • Maintain client records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs and platforms for operational queries.
  • Assist with day-to-day back office and reporting requirements.
