Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain bank entries and bank reconciliation.
  • Handle GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC-related compliance and documentation.
  • Manage employee salary processing and payroll records.
  • Maintain attendance, salary, and statutory deduction records.
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accounting documents.
  • Coordinate with departments regarding payments and expenses.

Requirements:

  • B.Com or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
  • Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Good numerical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Relevant accounting experience preferred.
