Job Description
Billing & Dispatch ExecutiveLocation: Faridabad
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage customer invoices, bills, and credit/debit notes.
- Handle daily billing and maintain accurate billing records.
- Coordinate packing and dispatch of goods as per orders.
- Prepare dispatch documents, e-way bills, and shipping labels.
- Coordinate with transporters/couriers for timely deliveries.
- Track dispatched shipments and update delivery status.
- Maintain stock and dispatch-related records.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of billing, invoicing, and dispatch processes.
- Basic knowledge of GST and e-way bills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software/Tally.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and dispatches efficiently.
