Job Description


Serve

tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office areas.

Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and basic office

errands.

Distribute documents and messages within the office.

Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Purchase and maintain office supplies when required.

Support staff with routine administrative tasks.

Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean and ready for use.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
