Job Description
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of accounts and finance operations as the Accounts Head.
- Maintain and exercise control over all bank accounts and banking transactions.
- Prepare and monitor cash inflow and cash outflow on a regular basis.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivables and accounts payables.
- Ensure timely follow-up and collection of receivables and proper management of payables.
- Assist auditors and coordinate for Income Tax (IT) and GST-related audits, requirements, and documentation.
- Support the preparation and finalization of bank proposals, including providing required financial data and documents to banks.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders for all accounts and finance-related requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and financial documentation.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding bank position, cash flow, receivables, payables, and other financial matters.
