Job Description

WE ARE HIRING – Customer Support Executive, Telesales and Field Sales


Eligibility:

• Any Graduate & Undergraduates (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu and Other Languages

• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)


Salary:

• Fresher - ₹13,000 to 14000

Exp - ₹15,000 to 17000

• Night Shift Allowance + Over Time Allowance + Performance Allowance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email

• Provide prompt and professional customer support

• Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high service quality

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Follow company policies and quality standards
