Sales & Marketing Manager

Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Franchise Sales & Marketing Manager to manage company-provided franchise leads, convert prospective investors, and support the company’s franchise expansion. The role also involves coordinating franchise marketing activities and guiding prospects through the onboarding process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and follow up on franchise leads provided by the company.
• Contact prospects, understand their requirements, explain the franchise model and investment details, and convert qualified leads into franchise partners.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective franchise partners.
• Identify suitable outlet locations and coordinate with property owners, brokers, and internal teams for site evaluation.
• Coordinate franchise marketing campaigns and promotional activities with the company’s marketing team.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, sales pipeline updates, and conversion reports.
• Work toward monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to support franchise onboarding and outlet launch.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, real estate sales, or marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage company-provided leads, meet targets, and work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
