Job Description: Marketing Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase Mugberry brand awareness, customer footfall, and sales across outlets.
• Develop and manage local marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and seasonal activities.
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, and coordinate content creation, reels, and promotional posts.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to attract customers and support outlet-level sales.
• Coordinate with franchisees to implement local marketing activities and maintain brand consistency.
• Manage Swiggy and Zomato promotions in coordination with outlet teams.
• Develop marketing materials, posters, menus, and in-store branding in coordination with designers.
• Track campaign performance, customer engagement, sales growth, and marketing expenditure.
• Support new outlet launches with pre-launch and post-launch marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and local marketing.
• Experience in Meta Ads Manager and campaign performance analysis.
• Good content planning, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to plan promotional campaigns and measure their business impact.
• Strong organisational skills and a results-oriented approach.

Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2–5 years in marketing, preferably in food, beverage, QSR, or retail brands.
