Interior Designer

Role OverviewWe are looking for an Interior Designer with strong CAD skills and project coordination experience to plan and oversee interior fit-outs for new outlets. The role will involve preparing design drawings, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed according to approved designs, timelines, and budgets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare layout plans, detailed drawings, and interior design plans using AutoCAD or other CAD software.
• Develop space plans, furniture layouts, elevations, and working drawings for outlet interiors.
• Coordinate with management, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to communicate design requirements and resolve site issues.
• Plan project schedules, track milestones, and follow up on work progress to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site visits, monitor execution, and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate materials, measurements, quotations, and installation schedules.
• Identify project delays or design changes and communicate them promptly to the concerned teams.
• Support outlet handover and ensure the site is ready for opening.
• RequirementsDiploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge ofor other design tools is an advantage.
• Experience in interior fit-outs, site supervision, or project coordination.
• Good planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with different teams, and travel to project sites as required.
