HSE Trainer/ Consultant

Job Overview

Britishwings Kuwait is seeking a motivated and career-oriented Graduate HSE Engineer to join our growing team. This role provides an opportunity to develop practical experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), training, inspections, compliance, and industrial safety management while working with corporate and industrial clients across Kuwait.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills (IELTS EQU) and passion for HSE are encouraged to apply.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in: 

o HSE / Occupational Safety & Health 

o Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical or related fields) 

o Environmental Engineering or relevant discipline 

• Fresh graduates or up to 5 years of experience may apply 

• Strong English communication skills are mandatory- (Speaking, Writing & Presentation) 

• Good understanding of HSE principles and workplace safety practices 

• Professional attitude with willingness to learn and develop

Key Responsibilities

• Support HSE training delivery and awareness programs 

• Assist in safety inspections, audits, and compliance activities 

• Prepare HSE reports, checklists, and documentation 

• Support development of risk assessments, procedures, and safety materials 

• Participate in client site visits and industrial safety assessments 

• Assist trainers and consultants in HSE projects and training programs
