E-commerce Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a careful, organised person to handle daily order fulfilment, product preparation, packing and dispatch for our e-commerce business.

The role combines computer-based order processing with hands-on work at our Kochi facility.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders and prepare invoices and shipping labels.

• Pick the correct products and verify variants, quantities and quality.

• Prepare products, including pouching, labelling, sealing and packing.

• Follow written instructions for product preparation and safe handling.

• Coordinate courier pickups and maintain dispatch records.

• Update inventory, conduct stock counts and flag shortages or discrepancies.

• Track pending shipments, returns and delivery issues.

• Keep products, packaging materials and the workstation organised.

• Share daily updates on completed orders and outstanding issues.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with a D2C brand, online seller or e-commerce fulfilment operation.

• Familiarity with Shopify, Shiprocket or similar platforms is preferred.

• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Accuracy with product codes, quantities, labels and records.

• Comfort with routine, repetitive tasks and personally packing orders.

• Ability to follow instructions, identify mistakes and communicate issues promptly.
