Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to drive business growth for our Facility Management services. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating B2B leads, identifying new clients, managing corporate relationships, conducting market research, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires strong knowledge of housekeeping, security, manpower outsourcing, maintenance, and other facility management services. Candidates should have excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills, with a proven track record in B2B sales/marketing. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred. Must have a valid driving licence and own bike/two-wheeler for client visits and business development activities.
