Job Description
আমাদের কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে অফার করা সমস্ত পণ্য ও পরিষেবা সম্পর্কে সম্পূর্ণভাবে পরিচিত হতে হবে। সরাসরি যোগাযোগ, মৌখিক কথোপকথন এবং মার্কেটিং বিভাগের সঙ্গে সহযোগিতার মাধ্যমে নতুন গ্রাহক সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
দায়িত্ব: বিক্রয় II গ্রাহক অধিগ্রহণ
• নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের চিহ্নিত করতে হবে এবং কোল্ড কলিং, ইমেল, চ্যাট ও ডোর-টু-ডোর ভিজিটের মাধ্যমে নতুন লিড তৈরি করতে হবে।
• সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে ব্যক্তিগত মিটিং করতে হবে, যাতে তাদের কোম্পানির পণ্য বা পরিষেবা কিনতে উৎসাহিত করা যায় এবং তাদের প্রয়োজনীয়তা পূরণ করা যায়।
• গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করে ভালো সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখতে হবে এবং পুনরায় ব্যবসা (Repeat Business) ও রেফারেল পাওয়ার জন্য উৎসাহিত করতে হবে।
