2. Monitor team calls & give feedback 

3. Improve collection efficiency & recovery %

4. Prepare training modules & MIS reports


Requirement:

- 2+ Years experience in Loan/Insurance Collection

- Good communication in Bengali + Hindi

- Target oriented & good in training
