Job Description

Job Title: Fitter

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Employment Type: Full Time

Department: Maintenance

Industry: Pharmaceutical / API Manufacturing

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical fitting, installation, and maintenance work.
  • Handle pumps, valves, pipelines, motors, and other mechanical equipment.
  • Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
  • Perform equipment dismantling, assembly, alignment, and repair.
  • Follow safety procedures and use PPE during maintenance activities.
  • Maintain tools and equipment properly.
  • Support the Maintenance Engineer in daily plant maintenance activities.

Key Skills:

Mechanical Fitting, Pump Maintenance, Valve Maintenance, Pipeline Work, Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Equipment Alignment, Basic Mechanical Knowledge.

Qualification: ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical preferred.
