Job Description

ob Description – Debt Recovery Supervisor

  • Supervise and manage field recovery executives and telecallers.
  • Monitor daily customer visits, collections, and recovery targets.
  • Allocate areas and follow up on pending payments.
  • Prepare daily performance reports and ensure target achievement.
  • Coordinate with clients and management for smooth recovery operations.

Requirements: Good communication, team management, and field recovery experience. Experience in banking/NBFC collections preferred.
