Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all RK Bazar stores across Kalyan, Dombivli, Diva, Badlapur and other assigned locations.
Recruit Sales Associates, Cashiers, Part-Time Cashiers, Helpers, Loaders, Supervisors, Assistant Branch Managers, Branch Managers and Store Managers.
Understand manpower requirements and vacancy priorities in coordination with Branch Managers and Cluster HR.
Plan and execute walk-in interviews, local recruitment drives and other sourcing activities.
