Job Description
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Calculate and process employee reimbursements and other financial claims.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST/VAT, TDS, and other statutory requirements (as applicable).
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory records.
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Generate financial reports for management and provide insights for decision-making.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
