Position: Picker & Packer

Department: Warehouse / Logistics

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job SummaryThe Picker & Packer is responsible for picking products, checking orders, packing items and preparing them for dispatch while maintaining accuracy, productivity and safety.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPick products from designated warehouse locations as per orders.
  • Scan and verify products using barcode scanners.
  • Check product SKU, quantity and condition.
  • Pack products safely according to company standards.
  • Label, seal and sort packages correctly.
  • Move packed orders to the dispatch area.
  • Receive and arrange incoming materials.
  • Assist with loading and unloading when required.
  • Support stock counting and inventory checking.
  • Report damaged, missing or incorrect products to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Follow warehouse SOPs and safety guidelines.
  • Achieve daily picking and packing targets.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and warehouse team members.
