Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and prospective customers regularly.
- Generate new leads and convert them into active customers.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and explain company products, pricing, schemes, and offers.
- Present product samples and catalogues to customers.
- Collect customer requirements and generate sales orders.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets assigned by management.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Provide daily visit and sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain proper records of customer meetings, orders, collections, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts, and management teams for order processing and delivery.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Handle company samples and other sales assets responsibly.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required for business development.
- Follow company policies regarding travel, expenses, reporting, attendance, and customer handling.
