Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, UPI, card and other payments.
- Prepare bills and invoices correctly.
- Check and maintain daily cash collection.
- Handle returns, exchanges and payment-related queries.
- Maintain proper records of sales and cash.
- Match cash/UPI/card collections with the system at the end of the day.
- Coordinate with the sales team for billing and customer support.
- Ensure the billing counter is clean and organised.
- Follow company rules and maintain accuracy in all transactions.
- Required SkillsBasic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing software/ERP.
- Honest, responsible and accurate.
- Ability to work during busy hours and wedding seasons.
