Job Role: Field Sales Executive – Auto Parts & Accessories

Location: Jharkhand (Statewide Travel Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales and business growth across Jharkhand for our auto parts and accessories division. The candidate will be responsible for visiting auto spare parts dealers, retailers, distributors, and garages to promote products, generate leads, take orders, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit auto spare parts shops, retailers, mechanics, and distributors across key cities in Jharkhand (Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Bokaro, Hazaribagh, etc.).
• Identify new market opportunities, onboard new dealers, and expand the retail distribution network.
• Pitch automotive spare parts and accessories to potential clients, explain product specs, and negotiate deals.
• Collect and process daily sales orders and ensure timely product delivery and payment collection.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with trade partners, retailers, and workshop owners.
• Track market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns in different regions of Jharkhand.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the company.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in field sales (preference given to Auto Parts, Lubes, Tyres, or Hardware/FMCG sector).
• Key Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in Hindi and local languages.
• Assets: Two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license is mandatory for field travel.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively across urban and rural areas of Jharkhand.
